Child’s name has attended Nursery Rhymes since it opened in September 2009. He has settled in really well and is very happy. We are really pleased with our decision to put him into Nursery Rhymes: it is a fabulous place with lots of creative activities, highly competent and approachable staff and lovely, clean facilities.

The building has a real homely feel which is important to us as this has made Child’s name feel safe and secure. The key fob entry to the nursery has given us complete confidence about his security. The large garden and outside areas are brilliant as this enables Child’s name to get fresh air, play and explore outside when the weather permits.

All the staff at Nursery Rhymes are incredibly friendly and take a genuine interest in Child’s name and what he has been up to. The diary update system works very well and is effective as a two way communication system as we are informed about Child’s name day. This allows us to find out what activities he has enjoyed and taken part in, aswell as what he has eaten and when he has slept. This is also very important to us as we want to know what he has been doing. The staff all know Child’s name really well and are able to plan activities around his interests. He is always involved in singing, dancing, reading (plenty of tractor books; his current interest), arts and craft activities. We have run out of room on our kitchen wall for his masterpieces!

Since attending Nursery Rhymes Child’s name has made some great progress with his language skills which is due to the positive interactions he has with staff and other children. We know Child’s name loves to go to nursery as he gets very excited when we get there in the car racing through the door without a second glance. We feel that Child’s name is receiving the best possible care and that all the staff have his individual needs at the front of their minds and we are confident that he will continue to develop as well as he is currently.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank all your staff especially yourself and Laura for going out of your way to get Child’s name settled back into nursery life after his appalling treatment at the previous Nursery. I really appreciated the time you took to listen to my concerns and advice and working together we managed to settle him in. Child’s name enjoys coming to Nursery Rhymes and is always happy and enthusiastic when I come to collect him. Thanks again ever so much.

Although Child’s name, now 18 months, is my second child this is the first time I have used a nursery. I looked around 9 different nurseries to get a feel of what each one had to offer & from having no idea I quickly found that I wanted a nursery which was a 'home from home' with great, fun, friendly staff to match & luckily Nursery Rhymes fit my criteria exactly.
 
From my first look round the nursery I loved it - there are plenty of rooms offering - a specific sleep room, a messy play room as well as the main rooms for each age group. I find that the Nursery is always well organised, clean & tidy. I also loved the fact that there is a proper garden & not a concrete jungle, where they can explore to their hearts content. Also the greenhouse where they can grow their own vegetables in years to come is such a great idea.
 
Having said all the above the deciding factor was the staff - from the first moment I met Karen I was made completely at ease & most importantly Child’s name  was welcomed on her own level as the staff got down on the floor to interact with her. Child’s name  had never had any time away from me & she was a bit unsettled the first few times we came to visit, Sam was brilliant with her & she worked with me to resolve this & in a relatively short time she now walks in & barely even notices when I leave which is how it should be. All the staff I have met have been friendly, caring, enthusiatic & dedicated & nothing has been too much trouble & Child’s name  thinks the world of them all.
 
I am completely thrilled with Child’s name  experience at Nursery Rhymes & would not have any hesitation in recommending them.

We wanted to write to you to thank you for helping Child’s name to settle into the nursery so well.  The staff in the room are clearly very kind and loving and have helped Child’s name to find her feet and to settle into the room.

We have been really impressed with the way in which she has bonded with Sam and also the way in which she is clearly developing new skills – she is obviously enjoying the songs that she is learning with you all as she is very keen to show us the actions when we sing at home!

We are so pleased that Child’s name has joined you at Nursery Rhymes.  As you know we were extremely wary about putting her in a nursery setting after our previous experiences elsewhere – however, we have never had any concerns for her safety or happiness whilst in your or your staffs’ care.

I am a parent of one of the children attending Nursery Rhymes. My daughter Child’s name is 1 year old and goes fulltime.

Child’s name stated at the beginning of December 2009 having never been to any sort of nursery previously, only a couple of play groups to which I have accompanied her to.

I was really worried about how she would cope with this big change in her routine and not having me around, I couldn’t thank Nursery Rhymes enough for helping Child’s name with the transition and settling her in.

This really helped me out and made it stress free for the both of us. They paid Child’s name all the attention she needed to make her happy and able to go on and enjoy her time there.

The thing that attracted me to Nursery Rhymes was the fact is was more of a home away from home than a facility. They also fitted everything around Child’s name and her routine not just when it was convenient for them.

Everyday I pick Child’s name up to find she’s learnt a new word sound or movement which makes me even more confident she’s in the right environment and spending her time there productively.

I enjoy reading her nursery diary every evening and to see what she has been doing and what she has eaten. The staff are fantastic always enthusiastic and helpful, you can see it is a job they really enjoy doing and are doing it brilliantly, I would highly recommend Nursery Rhymes to anyone.
